Do you suffer from any ailments/health conditions?

I get Vertigo at times, and boy, do I hate it!  Dizziness that just comes out of nowhere and it's really bad when I'm working because looking at a computer while having a dizzy spell is no good!

No I am blessed in that way.  I need to lose weight and am working on it by eating better and I walk for exercise almost every day but don't have anything else that bothers me.

You are lucky, coreyw87, in that you have no real health issues.

Hey, also, that gives me an idea.  I know there are others who would like to lose weight, so maybe I could start an informal weight loss group here.  What do you think?

I have had epilepsy my entire life.  I do not have Grand-Mal seizures, however.  I have Complex Partial Seizures.  These are not well known by the general public, by paramedics, or by most doctors.  It makes my life hell.

I also have Multiple Sclerosis.  As a result of that I suffer from Bilateral Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia.  From the MS, I get vertigo, pain everywhere in my body (sometimes worse, sometimes better), and a plethora of other symptoms.

I used home / plant based treatments as I cannot tolerate most pharmaceutical medications.

I have Gerd which I control with Nexium (works good) and High Colestoral.

I have no health issues.  I should lose some weight though.  It's a good way to stave off diabetes, knee problems, heart disease, etc.  While we can't do much about our genetics, we can do what we can with diet and exercise.  It is hard to find time to ccok healthy meals and find the time to exercise.

I have hypertension, diabetes and arthritis in both knees.  I also need to lose weight, but can only do so by my diet.  My knees hurt so bad that I can't walk or exercise for any period of time.  I use to walk every day about 2 miles a day, but can't now.

complex headaches, sinus tach, and i threw out my back this past week.  boy, it stinks getting older.

Migraine headache for me.  I think with those medications that I take soon will be a pharmacy here.

 hypertension, and arthritis in both knees. But by far the worse thing is the migraine headaches.

oh yes....hypothyroid,osteoarthritis in my knees,ankles,hip and back.on top of needing to lose weight.
