ok i know the payment is said to be sent before or on the 20th of the month but could "before" be btw the 1st and 10th of that month.
And also if u wanna have your money by the 20th of the current month, when do u suggest is the best time to cashout. Thank you

The payment comes basically when FC decides it will be sent out - but NEVER after the 20th of the month.

You NEVER receive payment in the same month you cashout - the rules of thumb is to cashout by the last day of any given month you will receive your payment on or around the 20th of the following month.
