I always use coupons, both off the internet and saving star. Saves a fortune and well worth the trouble.

I signed up for SavingsStar and bSaving. They both attach the coupon to your card.  I have a Kroger's card and the first time I got to go to Kroger's was this month.  I have a CVS and recently signed up for a Fred's Smartcard.  That is because most of our shopping we go to Sunflower's.

I actually have a little plastic file folder that I keep them all in thats in my purse at all times so that I dont forget them any more!

i always collect and save the coupon .... specially for cloths .....but always i go to the shop when my coupons has already expired.....

I also forget my coupons and end up buying the stuff without the coupons. I only use coupons for certain items, so nowadays I am putting it in a ziploc bag and taking it in my purse, so I dont forget.

Winn Dixie also does e-coupons that you load on your savings card now and it comes off automatically.  I love it!!!!!
