Credit for Mindfield

Has anyone received credit for the Mindfield offer?  I completed the offer on Jan 17, and I not received credit yet.

Yes, I did the offer sometime last month. I had to do the offer twice for it to credit though because I couldn't find the confirmation email the first time.
