BANNED FROM VOLUME 11 VIDEOS

Well, I am lost and saddened this day - I have been "struggling" to make cash-out this month - and today - when I attempt to watch videos, which have been exceedingly hard to come by this month - I now receive the message today that I am "banned from volume 11"  - is this happening to anyone else?; is it just me?  Has this ever happened to anyone here?; does anyone know why?  Please, please enlighten me as to why I am being punished!...  :-(   - looks like no chance at cash-out, as even my searches do not credit this day....

From time to time I find that the videos don't work like they are supposed to....there are several on there today that come up as "video cancelled by source" and there are also some that say you must click the referral link to get credit....do they mean FB or Twitter? I did FB on them but have not received credit so I don't know what to do about that. Also, some are age restricted.....if you are too old, they don't let you in and I imagine if you are under 18 they would screen you out of some as well.  Let us know what "banned by volume 11" means if you find out!
