Redo offers for credit?

Some of the free offers I have tried about a week ago still have not credited.  Is it ok to try them again?  I am not sure if we are allowed to list the offers or not that have not credited?  Part of the problem is that some of the different offers must be from the same company and I have already registered.  Some are just from one company and I have not registered before. It is very hard to keep the different offers/companies straight.  I guess I will try to come up with some new e mails. Thanks for any input.

Sometimes when i do offers, they don't go through. so i clear my cookies and do them again and most of the time, i get the credit.
