how's the exercise program going?

So, how many of you decided to do an "eat right", exercise or detox/cleanse?  How are you doing on it?? No time like the present!!!  Keep it up!

if you're speaking of diet and exercise goals related to
new year's, i vowed to keep up what i've been doing for
a few months now. exercise was never on my agenda...
but i've been working out twice a week since october.
i've been watching what i eat as well.

can't believe i've stuck with it this long, but i think it's
becoming more of a habit than drudgery, which is great.

I got off my exercise program and have to get back on it. Need to do more walking, situps, pushups and stretches to keep in shape.

I made a resolution to start working out so I could lose some weight I gained when I quit smoking. So on the day after New Year's Day, I did fifty pushups and fifty situps. As soon as I recover from those I'll do fifty more of each!
