If you're talking about the "Forum Posting Bonus," you go to your "Account" page and on the left hand side, click on "Forum Posting Bonus."  From there, you can bring up all of your posts.  On the right hand side of the page, you would click "Click Here to View All of Your Posts."  You'll need to copy the "message ID #'s" from three of your posts in order to request your bonus.  You'll need 30 posts before you can request a bonus.
