TV Reruns

Have you noticed that the TV stations seem to be showing reruns already?  It seems like they started them earlier this year, I'm so glad we can watch movies we have taped.

You are talking to the queen of reruns.  My husband and I have a plasma tv (he owned it before I came along) My kids have a tv in there room.  We don't pay for cable or satellite...just use analog service.  The kids however don't have a converter box.  We used to have netflix but there selection became so boring it wasn't worth the money.  Other than a wii, a dvd player and a vcr my kids seem to be just fine without watching today's prime time and other things that come with the comcast/direct tv or other deals.  In fact I don't even approve of 1/2 the shows that are out these days.  I like checking things out from our local library.  For instance right now they are in the middle of watching Soap and Malcolm in the middle.  Remember Soap...innocent and funny.

I don't remember Soap as being appropriate for kids?  Even in its time. But I do notice all the reruns going on these days.  Seems like the TV stations don't know what to show anymore.  I think reality shows are taking over the
TV.  They are a lot cheaper to produce and we the people don't seem to be complaining enough about watching them.  TV itself is becoming a BIG waste of time!

Many TV Stations are plague by reality shows. Not very many TV stations are doing reruns these days. There's really no point to get cable TV these days now.
