Hi- it seems that somewhere along the way around the 23rd through the 25th that the daily emails and paid to clicks did not work for some people. It would be nice if FC had a bulletin board for announcements to inform all of us at once if there are known issues , it would relieve guessing and frustration from the members and probably cut down on the number of support tickets that get submitted. If there were also a way to estimate a time frame as to when the matter might be resolved that would be wonderful as well. In this most recent incident, I could not even get in to the forum to post that I was having a problem and I have to assume others could not either so visiting the forum was of no help to see if it was happening to others as well, but a general community bulletin board with posts only from Admin and not able to take replies sure would have been a nice addition to a great site.

I did see some messaging from Fusion Cash around that time saying that some portions of the site would be down over that period for maintenance and that the daily emails would not be sent during that time -- but that survey links would still work.  I can't recall exactly where I saw that but I'm almost sure it was either on the FC login page or else on the Account info page.  The bulletin board idea however is certainly a good one!

I think this is a great idea. On the 25th my email ptc and my daily ptc did not work for at least 4 to 5 hours. I did not know what was going on. This idea sounds like it can benefit us. Thanks!!! :thumbsup:

Yeah.I didn't get the ptc on the 24th and 25th.Come on,FC,come across with the dough you owe! ;D

I did not see any messages anywhere , mostly because I was trying to check if things were working and when they weren't I went to the forums to see if anyone had posted there under what offers had paid for them that day, and nothing there either. If there are issues and we can't have an announcement bulletin board, the system seems prepared to send out the daily email, then the other choice would be to become proactive and send another email out that there are updates going on or certain portions may be slow or not working. Seems fair to keep us all up to date and willing to return. For some, if after 3 to 5 days there were no results, what would the likelihood be that they would return to earn nothing? Especially for new folks or those who are trying to gain referrals? Just sayin-- worth some thought from a marketing and reputation point of view.

I agree that's a good Idea. I've just been experiencing similar problems just now but I kept trying & trying til it worked! Over all I've been content with FC track record on solving these problems. :thumbsup: :wave:

Glad to see topic because I just thought I was crazy or doing something wrong.  Had trouble with paid to click and daily email a few days.  Not sure now exactly when and I figured it was just the timing but that was all the time I had.  As much as I love Fusion Cash, the family moments were more precious and not worth worrying over the .15 and .02  We do have to keep it in perspective. I do remember seeing something about maintenance . . . was that in an email?  Can't remember.  The holidays are a bit of a blurrrr.  A fun joyful blur, but a blur just the same! LOL

I think that's a pretty good idea.  I usually go to the forums to see what's going on but you never know which one will have an answer.

I have to agree with you Kay7- it is difficult to know where to look for information or to guess how people would classify certain questions or experiences, as we already see things end up all over the place around here. One centralized location would be an automatic place for all to go to get answers. A similar situation is being discussed in several different threads currently regarding the paid to clicks and many people felt as though they were doing something wrong or there was something wrong with the browser they were using. Now after reading through both threads posts, it appears that it is not really a big deal but it would be nice to have confirmation as to if we are doing anything wrong or if someone like and Admin is aware of the situation and that we do not need to worry about it. ( particularly for those of us who are OCD and who have a need to know 100% for sure)
