Survey money being revoked?
« on: December 20, 2012, 04:09:39 pm »
I got online ready to cash out knowing i only needed a couple cents and I was about to do the PTC stuff when I realized I had less than what I had before. A company had revoked my money from over a month before that day I contacted customer support because I didn't understand why and fc said they have nothing to do with that decision made by the company  >:(  I was pretty disappointed but I moved on. A couple weeks later I realized they gave me it back with an extra $1 as an apology. However I got online today and noticed it happened again!!!!  :BangHead: I don't understand why they keep doing that!!!! Does anyone else have that problem!!!

Sorry to say I have never had this problem and I complete a lot of surveys.
Find me online and I can help you make money without spending any!

Never had a problem with a survey credit being reversed, much less having them reverse the reversal and provide an apology and bonus.
Count your blessings.

Do have problems with the credit never showing up in the first place.  That's a common experience that we just have to live with if we do surveys.

The first thing is I never concern myself with what I consider small issues like this. My philosophy is to focus on the doughnut and not on the hole. Or to focus on what I can control, doing enough offers to cashout and going the extra mile. That said, yes I have had the very same experience. My payment money was revoked, so I just went on with my business and did extra work. Later to my surprise my payment was given back with an extra $1 as an apology. The same as you and a few other people. No matter I was over it and it just turned out to be a blessing.

I have had a couple of surverys revoked after I cashout and it got cancelled. Not a whole lot you can do but put it towards your next months cashout.   I always try to cash out more than the $25.00 just in case it happens.   Do not give up.

As FC told you it's not them doing this, but the survey companies. FC does a good job of looking into the issues and getting corrections where they are due. I would post the name of the survey and see if any other members had the same issue

I had one survey revoked in the past year I've been on here.  That was an issue with the survey company that was corrected.

If FC isn't going to get paid for what you did then neither are you

Twice, I have had money revoked for a survey that I completed. Just like yourself, I later got an apology with an extra dollar for one of the two surveys.

I do not know why this happened to you. I can see that it is frustrating. For some reason, the survey company did not accept your survey.  :dontknow: I would just move on and do other surveys and offers. Take your time when doing a survey. Read the questions carefully. After getting your complete or congratulations page, leave your window open for a minute or two.
