I don't hide it nor do I go out of my way to tell her. We each have some "personal" money that we can use to spend on ourselves. she wants to know she can ask and I would tell her. LOL - she probably has 2 million dollars stashed away waiting for me to ask ;D

I think this all depends i dont believe lying is good in a relationship but you could be doing for unselfish reasons my friend her husband spends so much money to the point they are in debt so she does hide money but not to go on luxurious shopping sprees more to pay bills and have money to put gas in her car and she talks to her husband about it who does not care or listen and thinks he can just spend more money then he has so i would not just say its 100 wrong
