Toluna Help. I never get credited

I have done it 3 times in the past and now I did it again and never get credited.

Same here, i've done it a couple times in the past and never got credited for it. I just gave up on that offer.

i was with them not through fusioncash but was doing fine and then one day couldn't log in and they wouldn't let me  so just never went back

It seems like a hand full of people never got credited for this one, so I guess me not getting any credit for it is nothing new. I have only been a member for a few days but I have filled this offer out a few times as well and never been credited, and there are a few others that I have finished and not been credited for! hmmmm

don't worry, usually it takes a couple days for that offer to credit. When i signed up for that offer, it took about a day to credit.

hopefully it will credit soon, I am trying to learn how to do this all right, it makes it a bit frustrating when they don't credit but I still really like fusion cash so it doesn't matter.

Has anyone ever tried to contact Tulana.

Toluna is a favorite site of mine. I have contacted them two times and they have sent replies back! But unlike other sites I don't do them actively I just rack up points when other sites including FusionCash offer a survey from them. I have not cashed out yet all those points are just sitting there. I better go check today and see how long they last before I have to use them!

I would contact Toluna support directly. I assume you are saying that you joined the site and never got credit and or did a survey and never got credit. If you have joined the site through Fusion Cash, contact Toluna support. You can also try using a different browser. Take your time and leave the last page open for a little while after completing a survey.
