Bargaining with the person selling a house is quite natural.
Everyone wants a bargain or at least, a fair price according to upgrades made on a house, if there are any.
Sometimes, a buyer finds that there are improvements needed AFTER they have bought the house.
Have you known anyone who has paid  a little "too much" for a house, finding that there are improvements needed?
