People can look at the monthly cashout thread to see what other people are making, and an incentive is given for posting the cashout proof.  I'm not sure a leaderboard is going to give any additional incentive to work harder - it might be easier for newer people to see though if they haven't explored the forum yet.   I know I was here for almost two months before I even looked at the forum.

no i dent think it could be done in a fair way unless im misunderstanding because i dont always qualify and im on here almost every day

I like things just the way they are. I really do agree with Oldbuddy, If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
