I'm sick and tired of my kids never listening to me, then coming back later and saying,  "Gee, why didn't I listen to you?"...lol...

Hmmm...but of course I was a kid once too, and probably did the same.

i sick and tired too this is my third cold in three months my darn immune system isnt very good nowadays

I can understand about being sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I had shingles starting the middle of August and I have never been thru anything that bad before.  For 5 weeks I really would have just been glad to die and I have never felt like that before.  I have always before wanted to see what the next day would bring but when the most sleep I could get was maybe 2 or 3 hours a night then I just didn't want to live any longer with the lack of sleep and the pain.  The pain is unbelieveable and it is still there but not as bad as before.  I guess it will never go away completely.

l feel sometimes life just gets to much but hang in there I have been listening to music like eminem and pink stuff with feeling that helps

I'm so sorry you have had all of that going on with you.  It's not fun to not get sleep and to have so much pain.  My aunt had shingles about 3 different times - I felt so awful for her.  I hope you soon get over this and start feeling better again, including getting much needed sleep.
