Per FC Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

OR

Approved Offers may have been REVOKED by the Vendor/Advertiser, therefore Payment reduced

If you look at your account page it will say it an offer has either been denied or expired

Offers do expire after 180 if you have been a member for awhile without cashing out.

If you don't cash out 6 month, the offer is expire....but you have to reach at least $25 to cashout, if you do daily email, daily click and 30 post or more per month, you should reach to $25 before 6 month...

I agree with everyone else, your offers must have expired.  You should be able to reach $25 every other month if not sooner, you probably waited too long and now all the offer expire, sorry and good luck next time

You can go to your account page and look at the offers you did and it will say next to them if they expired.  Always remember 180 days from the day you each offer that they expire.
