I received an email from FC the other day telling me they removed my credit for a survey I did. There were technical problems and I didn't get to finish. I was so sad . Today I rec'd another email telling me there was an error and was re credit. This made my day.

I had a survey credit revoked and then added back plus an extra dollar. It's really nice to offer an extra incentive when they correct a mistake

I wish I could receive an email saying they credited me for my 7.00 on the book I paid for and ordered and then received..I wonder why I haven't got that yet...

I had the same email!
I was really upset because it was a fairly high paying survey and it really put a dent in my total.

I got an email yesterday saying the money was put back, plus an extra $1 and I did a dance inside!

  i have heard this before about getting survey revoked after being credited for it. i guess i am lucky because this has never happened to me. i really do not think it would be fair to revoke survey after completing and getting credit. oh well every body has thewir own opinion. good luck and have a great day!!!
