some of the show seem to focus on the lime light and glamour of the rich but these women dont seem to be happy most the time they are way too old to argue about hats or wine to drink when they have episodes about a partners health condition or one of their childrens behaviors that makes for interesting tv because it shows a much more human side then most people believe of the rich and famous.

I love watching the show, mainly because it makes me miss New York and wonder why I traded my life there for life in the midwest! Believe it or not, the social circles in NY/Long Island work very similar to the way they are depicted on the show.

the bravo series? you know, the new york housewives are the only ones i can stand to watch.. i just don't LIKE the others for some reason. they bug me, big time. jill is definitely my favorite. she cracks me up ;p

I watch all 3..... And  New Jersey is coming next.  That should be interesting     
Sometimes its depressing to watch how people with money live,  or when they complain about how horrible they're problems are.
Some of them don't realize how they've got it made,  especially the KIDS.
