My Kraft ID IQ must be low

I can play the game, then it says go to site.  I go to site, but it never goes to the "claim the reward" part.  Am I doing something wrong?  I see others are getting credited, so I must be missing something.  I'm Kraft ID challenged.

Me too lol I received credit for once before but for the life of me I don't know how I'm having the same issue as you maybe someone else can help

Same here, can't figure out how to get credit for it. I play the game and visit the site which takes me to their facebook page. How do you claim the reward!?
