The one thing that seems to be helping me somewhat is eliminating soda.  I drank soda every day for lunch and now I'm drinking bottled water.  Just that has helpd me reduce by 4lbs in 3 weeks.

There is no one key to weight loss but a combination I do believe that portion size is key. Activity is also important or should I say increased activity.
