Insurance Quote - Call Offer
« on: October 12, 2012, 01:20:13 am »
I have a problem....

I read the entire page of instructions on the Insurance Quote.
It says what you can and can not do.

I call the number.
I talk to a very nice customer service rep, who tells me that the sales department is not open.

The instructions say this is a 24/7 number.
It also states.. do NOT call again.

So I checked and NO Credit.
And I am NOT allowed to call back when the Sales personal are actually working.

So I loose out on this offer?  :dontknow:

Or is there something that can be done since I actually made the call and that can be tracked??

Thanks in advance!!  :dog:

Happy Earnings!!

Why... because the call center is not the sales department.  And they would not do anything.. kept just asking for my phone number and information so the sales could call me back.

That is why I am having problems.  The sales department is not open 24/7.

I stayed on the phone with the call center asking questions but she didn't have an answer and she finally told me to just call back.

Instructions state that you can only call one time.  The system tracks the phone number/call.

So that is why I am having problems.
FYI I have Esurance.  They have the cheapest rates for our vehicle and our family. They are available 24/7, but recently they cut back their sales department to Just the one shift.

This is what I was told.

Just Fyi.

My post was directed to see if anyone ran into this problem.. and if they received their credit.

Congrats on your credit.
And thanks for the feedback.

Happy Earnings!!
