My parents used to own a chinese restaurant so it's hard for my to pick a single dish that I enjoy.  Cuz I like them all!!  Especially szechuan style and hong kong dim sum. YUMMERS!!

I was just looking at the news this morning and they said, a chinese restuarant was going out picking up road kill. To tell you the truth, I don't think i want anymore.

That was in Kentucky, where roadkill 'helper' isn't that unusual.

One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

:) I have a coupon from off the internet for free cashew chicken at Panda Express today, 10/3. I will be going there for lunch. I think that may well be my favorite dish, at least for today.
