Apparently you waited too long to cash out. Earnings expire after 180 days, so if you don't cash out at least every 6 months, you'll start to see your total go down as the oldest earnings expire.

you have to keep an eye on your account activity. If you are having offers retract your earnings, make sure it was for legitimete reasons.

Read the rules for the site and you'll see that if you don't cash out within 180 days you'll start losing what you earned... It's a good idea on any of these sites to read and understand the rules and the FAQ's  before you start using them.

It could also be that some of your offers were denied. I just had that happen last week and lost $2 because the advertiser denied my earnings.

  Unfortunately, as some have already said - you may have had earnings deducted for a survey or some other kind of offer.  I never had until recently and I had a survey pay removed.  It stinks but I know FC only does that if the company putting on the offer says it wasn't valid for some reason. Oh well, I just said "forget about it" and move on because pay day is still coming lol

Check your account page -- particularly the oldest credits you've received.  If any of them are over 150 days old, there will be a red message above item telling you that the credit will expire in X number of days.

If you have any that are within a couple of days of expire, then you should certainly request a cash out -- hopefully you have at least $15 in offers as well as $25 plus.

When you request the cashout, all of your credits go into a pending cash out status and do not expire even if they might be more than 180 days old by the time you receive your monies (ie Oct 20th).  If any of your offers are reversed so that you do not qualify for cash out on 10/20 then all of your credits will be returned to your account -- and at that time the 180 day rule may be applied to the credits that were returned.

If you don't have any offers that are over 150 days old, then it is possible that one of your credits were reversed.  A reveiw of your account page may tell you which one it was.

No, there are none that expire sooner. It's the same 180 days for all your earnings.
