I've recently strained it and had to stop playing tennis for 2 weeks.

I missed 3 games.

Today i hit with my brothers almost the entire day.

And after the first 2 hours i felt like my older brother only knew how to hit to my forehand...
I get it, he was helping with it...

BUT when i felt that UGH i knew it was time to start hitting backhand..

Rotary Cuff injuries... So scary from what i read.
