How long ago did you sign up? Your money expires if you don't cashout within 180 days. And since you get your $5 bonus on your first day, it's the first to go. If it hasn't been 180 days, do what skippymcnapper said.

After 180 days it will expire just like any other bonus or offers! If it hasnt been 180 days send a support ticket they will help resolve the issue at hand!

I lost my $5 sign up bonus because I didn't cash in within the 180 days.  I was trying to get the balance to $50 and didn't realize it had been 6 months since I joined.  I knew about the expiration but just didn't realize the time.  So suddenly my balance started going down.  When I saw the expired on some of my money, I immediately cashed out.  I consider this one of my cheapest lessons ever in life.

Also, everyone should cash out as soon as they can, since your referrer folks get $5 each time. While you were waiting for $50, you could have paid your referrer an extra $5 if you cashed out a second time for 25 each.
