Hello All,

Pretty new to this and just had a quick question. I am not being credited for some of the offers I have completed. On the "Offer Tracking" page it simply says "Check Account Instead". What does this mean? I spent over an hour today filling out a survey on birth control that my .65 reward is not showing up. Also, for the Mint.com offer for $1. I added my financial institution as the offer requires and the "Offer Tracking" page simply says "Not Credited." Overall, this has happened to me numerous times and I am getting a little frustrated spending my time completing offers when I am not being paid for them. Can someone please tell me how to receive my rewards? Or who I need to reach out to to fix this situation?

Sorry........ this happens a lot its extremely frustrating best way to get credit is to clear all cookies before trying an offer for a survey leave the congratulations page open for at least ten minutes before closing sometimes a offer can take awhile to credit even if it says instant contacting FC will not help they will just tell you they don't get paid unless you do. I am having a TON of trouble getting credited for SSI, today for example, I did two surveys to full completion and never credited   :(

This happens one in a while with offers, so just wait for 24 hours or contact the pannel.

Surveys are risky because if FC doesn't get paid for the survey that you did you don't, and they don't really have a lot of control over it. I have stopped doing surveys almost completely unless they are the FC specific ones. I had a lot of problems with the daily survey offers not crediting and I just don't even bother with them anymore.

Some offers may not credit if you have shared an IP address with anyone that has done the same offer - knowing or not - elsewhere. So be careful about where you log into your account also.

I always leave the page open until I've gotten credit and that has cut down greatly on the number of things I don't get credited for.

I would also make sure if you're doing surveys to make sure that you don't speed through or take too long because some surveys only take responses that are submitted within a certain time period.

try goinf thru till it says completed at end. You have to folow thru.Could be the reason. You could always post a support ticket if you feel otherwise.

what i have to do every time before starting surveys is, i clear all the temp. files, history, cookies and then i shut my computer down for at least 30 seconds.  then once i bring it back up and start the surveys, i will almost always get credit.  i also leave the page up that says congrats or something similiar to that, until i see that the survey credited me.  and i don't start another survey until i see that credit.  i have a lot of luck at surveys.  i make a lot of my money from them each month.
