Sometimes you demonstrate having a problem with coherency and false attributions however, accurate descriptions aren't "insults", (and inaccurate ones aren't insulting since they don't apply).

I have received this letter  6 or 7 times over the past couple of years.  Each time it is from a different executive from a large corporation.  But amazingly the same letter.  Large corporations are not going to send out a letter like this, however they feel, they do no want to alienate customers.  And if they did how funny that the corporation executive are sending out the same  poorly written/worded letter.    Some people are very gullible and if it is something that supports what they think,  they will swear it is true, they will fall for this kind of baloney.
