Mostly regular iodized salt, but on some things sea salt because I like the taste and textur.  Use Kosher salt for some rubs or baking potatoes.

I don't use salt at all when I cook. I simply don't enjoy the taste of it and if the person I'm cooking for (family/significant other/friend/etc.) prefers salt, I have a sea salt grinder that's been full for what seems like forever. My food tastes good without it.  ;D

I definitely prefer sea salt. It has much better natural taste and nothing added to it. Plus there are so many natural flavored sea salts to use and try

I have learned to cook without salt, due to health problems. So i use more spices. Only if it does not contain salt. If someone wants salt then let them put what they want on their food. Although usually no one does. The only salt we do have around is sea salt and i have not purchased any in way over a year.

I use Salt Sense. Its like a really light salt. It's good for those who only want to take the plain taste out of your food. I've been using it for years. I love it....

coarse ground sea salt is good stuff, but good 'ol iodized table salt works fine for me most of the time.

Not a Sauntier, but years of working with chefs when I was young..I don't use Aaafa salt, anglesy salt, jukyom salt, gros sel, fior di Sale, kala namak, maldon, sea salt, iodine or kosher salt. Usually I sub..garlic powder and ginger for salt and or other herbs. So much of it in all the processed foods we eat these days.

I do not do much cooking. But, if I did I would like to try that Himalayan natural rock salt. And I think I would also prefer seasalt over a chemically processed salt.

I do not use any salt!  I have never been a person to where the first thing I do when I sit down at the table is reach for the salt shaker.  I mean salt is the deadliest element in our food supply.
