Unless his job is to post on facebook, most companies monitor internet access from a work computer.  Even if he's using his own cellphone, this would be considered as nonproductive activity during working hours and he'll get nailed for it sooner or later.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

Sometimes if this one person don't want to do a certain job, they take me off my job to do something else because she don't want to do it.  It is not fair to take someone off their job, but it happens alot of times.  It makes it hard on me as I am alot older than she is.  I have finally got where I will not do it for her and it makes her mad.  I don't see why some people can't do what they are told to do and not try to run over other people.  May you all have a wonderful weekend and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

We have a large turnover. It is not uncommon to get someone who wants a paycheck and not the job to go with it. I just make sure they have enough rope to hang themselves.

I'm more curious why you're on your fiance's partners facebook page monitoring what he/she does?   :P

My fellow co-workers do their job. I really have no complaints, except when they hire really young people who have not learned the value of having a job.
