Recipe for Pepper Steak
1 lb. beef flank steak
2 Tbs. black pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely minced

Directions

Mix together pepper, salt, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Press mixture into the sides of the steak, then grill to your desired doneness.
Slice thinly ans serve.
