Running and gymnastics!!!! I have been doing gymnastics recently in my backyard, which is hard to do when you are now 32 years old and haven't been to a gymnastics class or meet since you were a teenager!! Haha!! But I have seen my son pick up an interest in it and we enjoy doing this sport in our backyard. My son thinks I am cool for "flipping around like a money" on the block!

I remember playing soccer in a friends backyard and tennis i the street when I was young. Now I like to walk/hike or better yet read in the shade.

I think swimming is the ultimate summer sport. There is nothing better on a hot day than a dip in the pool!
