I don't understand heart attack. Was it would start with pain around your body? or what? This pain made me woke up early this morning. It started on my upper left chest
went through my back. It not pain but aching and all day it stays. I've been ignoring it but noticed that it didn't go away but yet i'm ignorrng it.. I always telling myself that
i can't have heart attack cuz of young age i am.. But maybe i'm wrong. I went to pharmacy and got me an aspirin? Is this could help?

How do I know when I am having a heart attack, or signs of one about to happen?

This is something you may need to ask a doctor or you may want to speak to a nurse, they have a 1-800 number that is 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just Google 24 hour nurse and it will come up.

Dr Oz teaches us about heart attacks on his show.  The symptoms are different for men and women.  They're more obvious for men.  He says if you think you're having one you should take a baby aspirin then call 911.  The most obvious symptoms are a tightness in the chest or pain radiating down your left arm.  Acid indigestion will go away if you take ginger.  When in doubt, check it out.  Knowledge is strength.  Take care.

That's a good list of advice and info.  My FIL had his first attack 17 years ago this week in his 50s. Someone, a woman, from church died from a heart attack in her early 50s. She thought she was coming down with something and told her friends that she wasn't going to eat much when they went out for dinner that night. She never made it. My friend's husband recently died of a heart attack while driving. He was in his 40s. It wasn't the heart attack that killed him, it was the broken back created by an accident during the heart attack. I've heard about teens having heart attacks during sports due to an undiagnosed hear defect. I don't think there's such a thing as too young.

I think it's good to check it out even if you think it's heart burn. The best scenario is that you spend money to find out that you just ate something spicy that didn't agree with your digestive system and you get to go home. The worst is to continue to ignore it and not wake up in the morning.

You can find me on Youtube!

You can have a heart attack at ANY age. Especially if it runs in your family. GO TO THE DOCTOR. Heart attacks can drop you dead in an instant.
