 Recipe for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Reynolds Parchment paper
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soad
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (stick) butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups quick oats, uncooked
1/2 cup raisins or dried sweetened cranberries

How to make Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Preheat oven to 375 degree. Line 2 cookie sheets with Reynold parchment paper; set aside.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon on a sheet of parchment paper; set aside.

Cream butter and brown sugar together in a large bowl, with electric mixer 2 to 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture and beat until well blended. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoon on to parchment-lined cookie sheets.

Bake, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Slide cookies on parchment onto a wire rack to cool.
