Videos

I am having problems with the videos playing.  I get the screen but no picture or sound.  Some one please help and thanks

try a different browser.  Sometimes I have to use Firefox because IE is not working.   This may help you.  I had a similar problem not too long ago.   Good luck.

I can see the videos, play them either in new windows, or new tabs, play them fine, skip or like whenever required, come back and refresh, but I don't get credited, tried a million times, in IE, FF, Chrome. This new video format has something against me.

I had trouble with that also.
1. after you have skip step close the video tab
2. if you have the toolbar quick links-earn cash-paid videos
I use firefox and haven't had a problem with the videos

They seem to have changed the way videos are presented now .... you get them on a different tab or window and have to close out and refresh to get the next one. Still working though ... so that is good

Yeah I've done exactly as everyone has suggested, and believe me I've tried, but what I've discovered is that videos from Volume11 will credit no problem whatsoever, but the Supersonic ones will never credit. By the looks of it, I believe this is happening only to me, and I have no idea why, that's why the sentiment, that Supersonic hates me

i really like the vidoes but we dont see too many of them. i keep looking for them.
