How do you treat a sun burn? -___-

    Prevention is the best treatment. But if you really need to treat a sun burn: Ice packs, cool water showers and special cooling gels are available at your local pharmacy. All of these work!

I always used vinegar to soothe the pain.  Depends really how how severe the sunburn is.  Why can't you use some good suncreen?

    I usually treat my sunburn's with...Fruit Of The Earth cooling lotion, it has Aloe Vera Gel in it...It will cool down ur sunburn instantly and it will take the redness away & it cools ur skin...it will feel great...This lotion is the Best... ...Try it, you'll  it...

Aloe is best, especially if you can get it directly from the plant. But the gel in a bottle works well too. We like to keep the bottle in the frig. Very cooling!

I can no longer sit out in the sun because of the beta blocker that I am on, I can dehydrate really quick. As far as the sunburns as far back as I can remember I am allergic to different suncreens d lotions. I break out in hives.
