Recipe for Sugar Crepes

Recipe for Sugar Crepes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
Salt (pinch)
1/2 cup milk
Sugar (as required)

How to make Sugar Crepes
Sift add the salt and sugar.
Beat the egg mix well.
Add the milk and mix.
Put in the pan brown lightly mix the batter Put over low heat pour in the batter spread thinly.
Turn over remove.
Arrange on a plate.
Add some sugar.

I love crepes. My grandmother used  to make them all the time. She'd put jelly on the crepe, roll it up and serve it with whipped cream. Yum!
