A Mobile website
« on: July 01, 2012, 09:20:14 pm »
My suggestion is a mobile version of the Fusioncash website. I understand that making and supporting an app would be to time consuming and costly, but seeing as how Google now has a free site converter. Fusioncash could make a mobile version of their website with hardly any issue at all. I am actually surprised that they have not done so already.

Really with an android phone and the dolphin browser it is possible, but it is very inconvenient. I do not wish for them to develop an app because they would have to spend money maintaining an app for multiple systems (Ios, android, Webos), but if they were to develop a redirecting mobile website then anyone with a mobile phone could use the site and they would not have to work nearly as hard to maintain it. As I said before Google has a free tool to help website developers safely convert their sites to mobile websites.

This sounds like a good idea for those who cannot use their phone for the site.  I am able to open multiple browsers at once with my phone, but not everybody is and if they are wanting to do surveys or some of the human intelligence tasks, even the PTC, they would need it to do so.

It sounds like a good idea, but since FC makes it's earning from advertisers, ads etc. Phones and tablets doesn't display ads and so it would be inconvenient for business.

I think this is a good idea. I find it really frustrating to not be able to do PTC or FC daily surveys on my phone. I usually do the DCE since I get my email straight to my smartphone and it would be nice to have the other features available to us as well.

And you have to remember this Fusioncash doesn't just make money from ads but from the surveys and offers that we do. If we were able to do surveys on the go. That equals more money for Fusioncash.

Try downloading firefox, then enable cookies, not sure if the ipad will allow this, but I can
with my android tablet.

The thing about doing offers on a mobile device is that, the device resets you geolocation, making offer companies think you are scamming them...

taht woudl be nice but not in teh same way offers are completed traditionally on line. i.e. scanning barcode items..
