This is my first time posting and I may be asking this in the wrong area but...
For the mobile phone offers that require you to "confirm the pin" on your cellphone, do they charge your phone the $9.99 as soon as you cofirm your pin?? Even if you send a message to cancel right away? Sorry, I'm new to this and I was confused about the charge.  If someone could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you!

This very well may sound like a crazy idea which would never work...I have yet to test it, since I just thought of it. Maybe you all can try it as an experiment?

Well, I've heard of making flyers and leaving them around, but I'm unsure of how effective this really is.

My idea is to leave something lying around which would catch someone's eye and would definitely be picked up...a fake credit card. I'm talking about those paper ones you get in the mail almost everyday...might as well make some use out of them right? Something else I was thinking about was actually scanning the paper card to create multiple cut outs. You can then glue them to something sturdier such as a cereal box, or whatever else you can find. On the back of the card you can write something like "earn free money at www.fushion..." (corny I know)

What do you guys think? Would it work?

I'd say don't beat yourself up to make the referrals. No one can pay rent from doing FC anyway.
