I need help with cashing out

I currently have over 30 dollars in my Fcash account, but the issue is I do not have a bank account or a verified paypal. I have tried many ways to verify my paypal. (I am waiting for a debt card). I would like to ask two questions. One is it possible to have fusion cash send money to an unverified paypal? If it isn't why not? I have contacted paypal and they say that money can be sent to an unverified paypal. I also understand the fact that due to federal regulations fusioncash has to be sure who they are sending money to, but is there any way we can verify our identity through fusioncash and not through paypal?
  Second is there any way I can look at how many days my account has been active, and/or have a hold put on my account so my money does not vanish in the next two weeks while. I try to get a bank account for college.

Why not just ask for a check for your first request and when you get your bank account, then verify your PAYPAL account?

If you look at your account page it tells you when your first transaction took place. To put a hold on your money just don't cashout, but make sure it doesn't run over 6 months since your first money was earned.
