2 oz cottage cheese
1 1/4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp beaten egg
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp raisins
 How to make Cheese Pancakes
Break up the cheese. Add lemon juice etc.
Add the egg and mix. Heat the cooking oil put in the batter.
Add raisins on top cook both sides.
Transfer to a plate.
