Click the paid the post and then the survey request.  That will show you how many posts you have this month.  After your request it usually takes about a month to get your money but it can take up to 65 days.

Go to paid to post link and click it. Then click on forum bonus request form link and stroll down the page.

You go to your profile
in the left corner go to show post,
when you are ready to submit your 3 post   
Assuming you have already done 30 post for the month

When the page opens up
Put your cursor in message ID 1
then click on CLICK HERE TO VIEW ALL POST
highlight the message ID you want to use copy and paste it and do the same for the other two
REMEMBER POST HAVE TO BE APPROVED BEFORE THEY ARE CREDITED. MAKE SURE YOUR POST HAVE MEANING OR OFFER HELP IN SOME WAY. CREDITS USUALLY POST IN ABOUT TWO MONTHS

Yea click  paid to post an then you click  forum bonus  an you will see it, an you will need them to make sure you get approved for the post.

If you click on the "are you getting paid to post" link at the top of any Forum page, it will take  you to the instructions for the Forum posting bonus.
 
1. You need to have 30 meaningful posts during a given calendar month.  I usually have 40-50 posts just in case some of them are deemed inadequate.  Posts in the Contest and Promotion section do not count.
2.  Towards the end of the month, after you have 30 or more posts, click on the "paid to post" link again.  In the middle of that landing page is another green link to the page that asks you to enter the ID numbers of 3 of your posts -- presumedly ones that you like or considered representive of your best posts. 
3. On the right side of that same page is a count indicating how many posts you have made so far this month.  Right below that is a link that will let you look at all of the posts you've made.  In the header of each post is an ID number for that post.  As you scan through your posts, select the 3 you like best and jot down the ID number (carefully).  Also make sure that you do not go to the prior month when making your selection.
4. Once you have the 3 ID's for your selected posts, go back to the page with the entry form; enter your 3 ID number and submit.
5.  At the bottom of that page is a history of the submissions you've made for the Forum Posting Bonus.  It will tell you how many days until you can expect payment.  Generally, payment is made towards the end of the month following the month you make your submission.
