Well, we already got someone to come and look at our house.  We're doing it for sale by owner so that isn't quite the same as working with a realtor.  It usually means they're pretty interested....I'll keep you up on it! =)

Wish you good luck selling your house in this economy.  Around here houses have been sitting for a long time before selling but maybe will be different selling it yourselves rather than using a realtor.

It may help you to have a seller's disclosure available for prospects to look at. Are you using any FSBO help companies like FSBO.com or ForSaleByOwner.com? If not, check it out. It may be worth the expense to get the extra exposure. Have you considered selling it Lease/Option? Do you have an absolute bottom selling price in mind? You can also ask at your local title company what prices homes actually sold for in your area. Good luck!
