I think they need to confirm their email address.

I'm with magicski. Do you know the person, if so what I've told them is that there are various steps in order to be a full member or if you feel incredibly comfortable just let them know it helps you with your referral

@jbuchanan1 - I'm assuming your ref signed up on www.fusioncash.net NOT www.fusioncash.net/ref=jbuchanan1.  I had that happened from a ref and that was the problem...they didn't sign up under MY ref link.....FC will not do anything about it.  You've made a mistake and cannot fix it...however mistakes in the past are OK and you have to remember to help the next person out that you refer by MAKING SURE they are on YOUR ref page.

If such is the case, the ref has yet to do anything. Either they weren't comfortable or they missed a step.
