What is the "forum activity" offer? People seem to make good money from it.

By posting 30 "contributory" posts in a calendar month, you can request a $3 bonus by filling out a very short form and submitting it for credit. Recommend watching the video tutorials narrated by OldBuddy. He covers exactly how to do that and explains what is meant by "contributory." Good luck. It's definitely worth the effort.
