Italian Turkey Sliders

One pound of ground turkey
One egg beaten with cake mixer
One cup of minced garlic
Three-fourth cup of mozzarella cheese
One-fourth cup of grated Parmesan cheese
One teaspoon of dried Italian herb seasoning
Two tablespoons of pine nuts
One-half teaspoon of crushed red pepper

Serve on french bread
