Y was i denied for an offer completion bonus from one of my referals? can someone please help me ?

maybe its when the other person didn't register correctly, or the survey he did for the 2 dollar bonus didn't count.

i also need help with referrals. The person i referred has completed 2 offers and I don't know why I wasn't credited the $2 for her first offer.
