Oovoo offer

I need some help with the Oovoo offer. I downloaded it then went through the install wizard. It is on my computer and so is the toolbar. But I haven't received credit for it. What else should I try? I do not want to be eliminated from the post mania because I didn't complete the offer when I did, I just did not get credit for it. Any suggestions?

I did it last night but I don't think it credited until after I opened the welcome email they sent to me, I let the app sit open for a while also just to be sure that they realized that it had been installed, I hope you get the credit, I wish I could tell you for sure how long it took but I got busy with other stuff and did not pay attention but it did finally show up.
