If they are mature enough and plan ahead, sure.  As for money, probably at least a few hundred dollars if you hope to have a good time.

Depending upon what "unsafe" circumstances the two expose themselves to, it can go either way.  It's probably okay going to well-lit and populated venues, (rather than short-cutting through back alleys and such).

A friend and I took a bus 12 hour long ride to vegas we were 22 we stayed together careful what we did and who we spoke to  just focused on having a good time sure they can be safe as long as they are smart and watch each others backs.

If they're two responsible adult,  I see no reason why they can not go to Vegas alone.  Stay together and watch who and where they go.  Be aware of their surrounding and not easily give out personal information.  I hope they will have fun and be safe.

That depends on what are they going to do in Vegas. I've been there many times. It can be dangerous if you meet the wrong people. On the other hand I've had fun every time I go. Just stay together, make friends and no enemies and don't accept drinks from strangers.

I'd say for hotel and going out 550? the best thing you can do to save money when you go is to stay away from the strip and find where the locals go it's gonna save you loads and your more likely to meet some people that way.

I think as long as they use common sense and watch out for each other they should be fine.

if they are trust worthy then why not. as long as they stick together and know that vegas is full of peopl scamming other people. make sure they check in often.
