Just remeber that friends and family have to have there own internet services two people can't not be in the same household or  letting them use your computer for Fusion Cash because you will be kicked off. But referals are the way to go.

Anyplace you can meet people online, especially social networks that encourage interaction. You can also pay for advertising on Paid to Click sites and offer them a raise. I got 100 referrals from one ad that way.

Friends and family are often a complete waste of time since most will be expecting some kind of "miracle" with making money.  They won't want to do the work to make the extra money.  They are usually good for the first 3 bucks but not much more.  The kind of people you want are strangers who are already trying to make money online.  There are several good advertising sites if you don't have a website and just want to pimp out a banner or referral link.  Many offer flat rates or "per click" rate.  I have nabbed a few that way doing it cheaply so far.  Waiting till the end of this month where I have some large payouts coming my way before I dabble into larger advertising pools.
